Tip: how to restore if it disappears after reboot

You can fix this in CopyClip preferences, but first you have to start it again. I did this from App Store: look at your purchased apps and click OPEN.

Free Version is Much Better

Free Version is Much Better

Has a bad memory leak

It wound up taking all availabel RAM and caused everything else to slow to a crawl.

Older version much better!

Copyclip 1 was easy and intuitive to use even though it did not have much to boast in terms of functionality. This version seems to have focussed more on aesthetics than usability. Reverting back to the older version!

Wish I had purchased earlier

I’ve been using other apps from this developer and like them. I decided to try CopyClip and I am very pleased. I wish I had purchased this some time ago. One improvement I could suggest is being able to change the title of the clip stored. I often have clips that start out the same way, like boilerplate, but the content below is different. If I could change the title of the clip that would help me to distinguish one clip from another more easily. Great app and I use it daily. Thank you!

So nice to have such a helpful clip manager!

I was always one who would do cut and paste and then want a previous clip that was now gone. This app makes it so easy to go back and get whatever I wanted, even if I didn’t know in advance I would want it later. No muss, no fuss.

El Capitan

Works as advertised for me. Love it.

Great with one UI complaint

I like the previous versions behavior where the menu drops down from the icon, vs. opening a window in the middle of my screen. Please add a preference to give us the dropdown menu from the menubar icon.

Does what it says

There is definately room for improvement, but it functions well for what I use it for. I am a teacher, and I use this to store frequently used comments. I can greatly improve my feedback because I can actually say things that instruct the students on how to make improvements rather than using one word responses. One thing I would like to see is the abilty to expand the view of the clipboard contents. If it exists, I haven’t been able to figure that out. Currently the view is limited to one line of text with perhaps 30 characters. All in all, practical, inexpensive, and functional app.

I liked the drop down list better than the pop up window

Thank you for Copy Clip. To be honest, I liked the drop down list from the tool bar better than the new pop up window. I could set the drop down list to keep/display as many as I needed in the list, and if it got too long, it would scroll at the bottom. That was much better than the new pop up window that i have to scroll through a very limited window length to other windows. Please bring back the tool bar long list as an option.
